Happy New Year

I suck at this, I really do.

I want to keep blogging and dedicate more time to it, but I've been buried in snatch so much work I am not even having too much time for me or my parents who decided to help me around my apartment this month.

THE ENTIRE MONTH, they will be here.

It's not a bad thing, really, but sometimes I need my space. They are retired and bored and have nothing better to do than travel and they have seen it all. They were with some of the other family we have in Spain for a few months. They were supposed to stay there for a while, like 6 months and ended up back within a couple of months just because they don't want to stay in one place.

I wish I could do that. I've been doing that, locally that is, but visiting clients and very angry people who own big companies and have lots of money in the stock market and if anything fails, it's my fucking fault. I just hope this part of my assignment ends soon so I can go back to being a fucking editor, sit on my ass and re-write other people's shitty news while I drink a martini or depending on the stress level, a few shots of tequila.

The perks of working from home... sometimes, when i'm allowed and I don't get myself in trouble.

OK time to get wasted with the parents.
